Indigenous to the Caribbean, and more specifically to Jamaica, the Scotch Bonnet peppers for Dingolay hot sauces are grown under the heat of the Jamaican sun which brings out all of their fiery sweetness and flavorfully complex fruity undertones of mango, apple, cherry, and tomato.
