Ingredients for Lamb Burger Patty

  • Ground Lamb Meat: ½ kg
  • Salt: to taste
  • Black Pepper Powder: to taste
  • Cumin Seeds: 1 tsp (roasted and coarsely crushed)
  • Ginger and Garlic paste: 2 Tbsp

Sauce for Lamb Burgers

  • Mayonnaise: ½ cup
  • Lemon Juice: 2 tsp
  • Paprika: ½ tsp
  • Chopped Mint and Cilantro or Parsley: a handful

In a bowl, put ground lamb mince meat, and sprinkle a generous amount of salt, black pepper powder, cumin seeds powder, and ginger and garlic paste. Mix the ingredients well with your hands or a spatula. Just be sure that the minced meat has combined and bound well.

Shape the minced meat into four equal-sized patties. Then make an indent in the middle of the patties with the help of your thumb. Make sure the patties are not too thick or thin.

In a bowl, add ground lamb mince. Then in a separate bowl, whisk egg, add lemon juice, kosher salt, garlic and onion powder, and black pepper powder and mix well. Pour this mixture onto the minced meat, then add finely chopped parsley, mint leaves, and bread crumbs.

Mix the ingredients finely until the minced meat has combined well.
