Directions of Making Fish Tacos with Mango Salsa

Chop all of the ingredients for the Mango Salsa into small pieces. Combine and mix well. Set aside.
Season the 4 filet on both sides with a mixture of chili powder and ground cumin. For a more complex flavor, use a few drops of Dingolay Gourmet Hot Sauce.
Heat enough oil to lightly coat a skillet and cook the fish until it is flaky and opaque (4-5 minutes per side). Remove the fish from the skillet and break the filet into small chunks.
Wipe the skillet with a paper towel, return it to the heat, and warm up the tacos, 20 seconds on each side.
Fill the tacos with the fish chunks, mango salsa, shredded red cabbage, and if you’d like, avocado.
Top off with Dingolay Hot Sauce.
